Stuttgart, Germany – 2 June, 2015 – following a series of presentations at DGK Mannheim and HRS Boston, clinical data on CCM and the Optimizer IVs system were presented to HFA in Sevilla from May 23 -26, 2015.  The international audience of professionals at the HFA was updated on the latest clinical evidence collected from short and long-term use of CCM therapy in different settings.  The latest clinical data supplements the growing body of evidence regarding the safety of CCM therapy and its effects on quality of life and exercise capacity in heart failure patients.  The clinical data was presented in five poster presentations:

Poster Session – May 23, 2015, 08:30 – 17:30
Improvement of long-term survival by cardiac contractility modulation in heart failure patients: a case-control study

Poster Sessions – May 24, 2015, 08:30 – 18:00
Efficacy and survival in patients with cardiac contractility modulation: long-term single center experience in 81 patients

Cardiac contractility modulation effects on exercise capacity and quality of life – an individual patient data meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

Long term impact of cardiac contractility modulation on QRS duration

Cardiac contractility modulation: first experience in heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction and permanent atrial fibrillation
